OUR STAFF TEAM

We have incredible staff here at West Chester Cru. These men and women serve full-time to ensure that every student has an opportunity to hear and respond to the gospel. You can read a little about them here, but they would love to meet you in person at some of our Cru events on campus.

JON AND AMANDA RUCH

Jon is a West Chester alum, and has been on staff with Cru here for 12 years. He serves as our team leader. Amanda graduated from Penn State, where college ministry changed her life. She now serves part time on the team and spends the rest of her days with the couple’s four children: Quinn, Molly, Halle, and JP.

They love spending time outdoors, their Friday night family movie nights, and vacationing in Maine as a family every summer.

HANNAH MADERA

Hannah graduated from George Mason University in 2011 and has been on staff at WCU since 2014. She's married to Jesse, who she met while on a mission trip in Venezuela. Hannah loves meeting with new girls on campus to talk about what it means to follow Jesus.

In her free time (aside from wrangling her 3 kids), she enjoys reading, napping, gardening, and coffee!

LEEANN HERRING

LeeAnn graduated from West Chester University in 2016 with a degree in Business Management and Finance and has been on staff with Cru ever since.

She is married to Matt and they have a two kids: Matthew and Piper. LeeAnn loves woodworking, spreadsheets, espresso drinks, learning new things, and spending lots of time with her family.
